Reporting Issues and Bugs

If you can’t find the answers you're looking for in any of the resources listed above, please submit a ticket. We aim to deliver the highest quality of software. However, the due to complexities of the SharePoint platform and its infinite permutations of configurations, there might be scenarios where you might encounter issues with our product. Please report any bugs you find by submitting a ticket. Please be ready to supply the following information:

  • A detailed description of the problem
  • Which version of SharePoint you are using - SharePoint Foundation 2010 or SharePoint Server 2010
  • A step-by-step description of how we can reproduce the problem
  • Screen-shots or images of the issue (pictures are worth a thousand words)
